Rates

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95. However, we have a special flat rate of $3.00 if your order contains only brads. Both options also let you choose registered post for an additional $3.00.

International Shipping

At the moment, our website only caters for shipping within Australia. If you wish to ship overseas, you may place your order through the website, but will need to make arrangements to pay the shipping costs separately before we post your order. This can be done through Paypal. We will will let you know what the actual shipping costs will be.

Returns

If you find any problems with your goods, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to assist but please be aware that we do not generally refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.
